Safaree and Erica Mena Confirms Pregnancy With Baby Number 2

Reality stars Erica Mena and Safaree Samuels are making a new addition to their family.

The couple announced on Instagram today (May 3) that they are expecting their second child. Erica Mena and Safaree Samuels have been married since October 2019 and share a one-year-old daughter named Safire. Erica also has another child, a son who is 14 years old, from a previous relationship.

The couple announced the big news by way of a maternity photoshoot posted on social media. The shot, which was first posted on Erica’s page, shows the couple standing on stacks of $100 bills, and it was captioned, “More Life??? Who wants that perfect love story anyway.” She is obviously alluding to their dramatic and rocky marriage.

Safaree later posted the same image on his Instagram page, along with the caption, “Safire got a new sibling New baby who dis ?? #2under2 time to get neutered now I need a chef and a nanny.”

He also commented on his wife’s post, saying, “You know people slow and they not gonna realize this is new from last week right #2.” His wife responded laughing, “I’m really cracking up at these comments.”

Erica and Safaree have had a rough marriage, as referenced in Erica’s Instagram post about them not having a perfect relationship. Earlier this year, Safaree hinted that the couple might be getting a divorce.

In a Twitter post that he later deleted, Safaree wrote, “I mean this from the bottom of my heart getting married was 1 of my BIGGEST mistakes and it will never happen again. I’m walking away before I End up in jail over some dumb shit. Nobody is worth my freedom!!!”

It wasn’t long before Mena responded, airing out the couple’s issues. She tweeted, “Since you always run to social media like a little girl I might as well join in. I absolutely agree with you on this. You are the most selfish, vain and inconsiderate person. And not just with me but your only daughter!”

This back and forth took place in February. Judging from the size of Mena’s blossoming belly, she would have already been pregnant at the time. It’s safe to say that the couple has reconciled, and divorce is off the table for now.

Erica Mena addresses some of the criticism on Instagram saying, “Marriage – It’s not easy at all. But having a family of your very own makes up for it all. God I thank you for the protection and all the consistent blessings. I been through way to much to not be as grateful as I truly am.”

Fans and celebrities alike have flocked to the couple’s Instagram pages to congratulate them on the new addition to their family. Among the celebrities who have commented are Ty Young, Fabolous, Yandy Smith, and Sky from Black Ink Crew.

Was Safaree Samuels crying over Nicki Minaj breakup on Love and Hip Hop?

Safaree shoot his shot at Nicki Minaj this week after her Paper magazine photos were released on social media. On Friday morning, the Love and Hip Hop star did on an interview on The Breakfast Club where he opened up about his comments on Nicki’s photos and also why he was crying on the final episode of Love and Hip Hop Hollywood.

“Am goin’ to be honest and am not goin’ lie, am not doing nothing for attention of hating on her like those were some amazing pictures and I use to really want her to take pictures like that for me so you know what am saying so that’s why I was just like wow,” Safaree said. Charlamagne then pressed him on whether or not he wants Nicki Minaj back and he sidesteps the questions and answered, “of course I still care about her.”

Safaree also explained what happened when he abruptly started crying at the end of last season Love and Hip Hop Hollywood. Some folks thought that he was crying over Nicki Minaj while others thought that he was crying because his career was coming to an end. “Let me explain, let me explain what happened,” Safaree said. “With the whole crying thing, and I am glad I can bring some light to it for those who are confused. In that segment I just finished talking about my uncle, my uncle was just killed. That’s where I was at mentally, so I was thinking about that when I was talking about that (Nicki Minaj and leaving LHH). My last week in L.A. was when my uncle was killed, so I was talking about that then it went to the whole leaving thing.”

On the issue of Meek Mill’s sentencing last week, Nicki’s ex-boyfriend said its none of his business. Safaree Samuels currently cast in five reality TV shows including Love and Hip Hop New York. He is also in VH1’s new show Scared Famous. Watch his interview on The Breakfast Club below.

Safaree Drooling Over Nicki Minaj Internet Breaking Photos

Seems SB wants that old thing back because he spend the greater part of yesterday shooting his shot at his ex-girlfriend on Instagram. On Tuesday, Nicki Minaj released some photos from her Paper Magazine “Break The Internet” shoot and they are steamy. Her ex-boyfriend Safaree couldn’t contained himself and even post the pic on his Instagram and shoot his shot. “Can we please figure something out… these are the kind of pictures I always wanted you to take for me.. Wow.”

Before he made that comment, Safaree posted a pic of himself and quote some recent Nicki Minaj lyrics. “You don’t want smoke w/me this is a laced blunt.. that line hard ni**as can’t front,” he wrote. That lyrics was taken from Nicki’s verse on Migos new single “Motor Sport” which also features Cardi B. Nicki never respond to Safaree but she did respond to a comment from Nas, prompting some folks in the comment section to laugh at the Love and Hip Hop star.

As for the big Nicki Minaj story of the week, the Young Money MC posed semi-nude for her cover photo for Paper Magazine. The pics have been getting a lot of attention since they were released on Instagram. The cover photo alone received closed to 2 million likes on Nicki’s Instagram page.

Safaree Samuels and Nicki Minaj dated for 12 years before their split in 2014. The Love and Hip Hop star blamed Meek Mill for their demised, saying in an interview that Meek went and told her that he, Safaree, cheated on her. The breakup was bitter and both of them never seems to fully get over it. Nicki subsequently released an entire album about, The PinkPrint, about their split. She and Meek have since parted ways and now she is rumored to be dating Nas.

Safaree Samuels has a message for his ex-girlfriend Nicki Minaj.

Last weekend, Nicki posted a video of herself and her girls hanging out drinking some wine and smoking blunts. According to Safaree, Nicki is now in her mid 30s and that’s when she decided to take up smoking. The Love and Hip Hop star says his ex need help and he hopes that she gets it. Some of Nicki Minaj’s fans, aka Barbz. have started attacking Safaree accusing him of stalking Minaj on social media.

If you wait to your mid 30’s to pick up a habit and show it off like it’s cool, you need help. I feel sorry for you. Stop,” Safaree said. He didn’t name anyone when making his statement but everyone already point fingers towards the Young Money rapper. Nicki doesn’t seems like the hardcore smoking type so perhaps she was just hanging with friends and just taking a hit off something. Safaree even said it that Nicki wasn’t a smoker when they were together. Perhaps he is just concerned about her well being.

Safaree Explains Being Attacked By Meek Mill Goons & That Twerk Video

Safaree Samuels is explaining what really happened when he had a running with Meek Mill and his goons and that infamous twerk video floating around on the net.

Safree was on Everyday Struggle a couple days ago discussing a number of topics including Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, Meek Mill, and his own career. The incident with Meek went down in June at a party DJ Khaled was hosting during the BET Awards weekend in West Hollywood. Safaree and his friends were hanging out outside the venue when Meek Mill and his crew pulled up and jumped him.

“This is going to be my first time talking about it because I never really explained the situation,” he said. “I saw him come out first and am just standing there looking at him and by the time he stood out boom I got hit so then I ran off to where the car was parked at. Then I turned around and stopped to look and see what’s going and I see two people coming at me from the front and then there was another group of more people coming towards me from the side. When I balled up that’s where I was by the car I just felt ni***s hitting me. All I saw was like feet shuffling boom boom boom and then when I felt like I was able to break free, I didn’t even realize what was happening. I went to a bar I went and got a bottle and I went and got a knife. My boy when he came back I didn’t even know that he was fighting else I would’ve gone back like am not trying to leave I don’t care how many ni***s there was.”

One of the big thing about the running between Safaree Samuels and Meek Mill was that he ran and left his friend who was fighting for him. Meek is being criticized as a coward for attacking one man with over a dozen men.

Regarding that infamous twerking video, Safaree says that he was 17 years old at the time of the video and he was just doing it to win over the ladies in Brooklyn. I was 17 years old at the time when that happened” he explained. “And back in the days when we used to do the show, that would make the girls go crazy.”

The Love and Hip Hop Hollywood star was on Everyday Struggle this morning and Akademiks and Joe Budden peppered him with questions about Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill, LHH and more. “Is Cardi B pressing Nicki, do you think that she got Nicki sweating,” Akademiks asked Safaree to which he responded, “a hundred percent because I know how she is.”

Safaree also opened up on whether or not he thinks that Nicki Minaj fell off and he said yes. “It’s very different, like how she was before on when we were doing ‘Romans Revenge’ and ‘Did On Em’ but some people may say you got to grow and change, but I like the old her better,” he said.”

Cardi B “Bodak Yellow (Money Moves)” is the number one single on Billboard Hot 100 for a second week straight and with current streaming numbers, it will return to the top spot for a third week. As for Nicki Minaj, she is yet to have a Hot 100 number one song. She has the most entries on the chart among women in history thanks to her many features, but she will likely not get that extra credential until she earned a number one solo record.

Nicki Minaj is currently working on her new album that she says will be a game changer when it arrives. There are no release date or title yet, but she hinted it could arrive by the end of this year. Safaree Samuels was also asked about writing lyrics for her, a topic that is a bit of a controversy between the two, but he sidesteps the question and smartly so. None of them can win in that battle of his word against hers because there is nothing on paper to back up his argument.

Nicki Minaj and Nas are now officially dating and here is everything that you know to know about their relationship.

Even before they became a thing, rumors of a budding relationship between Nicki Minaj and New York rap legend Nas has been floating around since 2012 and you will soon find out why. Last week, however, the rumors turned into a confirmation after the Trinidadian rapper was spotted locking lips with the rap icon at his 44th birthday party in NYC. Neither of them confirmed the rumored relationship but video footage surfaced of Nas treating Nicki like glazed donuts. The Nas dating rumors died down for a while until earlier this year when it flared up again after they were both spotted having dinner at a restaurant in Brooklyn. The PinkPrint rapper has a knack for denying relationships until it all comes out in the open, the same thing happened with her relationship with Safaree Meek Mill, she denied them until she couldn’t hide it anymore.

Nicki Minaj, 34, and Nas, 44, have been dating since May of 2017 according to E! News. The rumors first surfaced when both of them were spotted having dinner at the famous Sweet Chicks Life restaurant in Brooklyn. She posted a photo of the two of them cozying up in the restaurant. “Only KINGS recognize QUEENS. @sweetchicklife has the best food congrats @nas,” she wrote on Instagram. Since May, the dating rumors died down for a bit until last week Monday when photos and videos surfaced on social media of Nicki Minaj and Nas getting cozy at his 44th birthday bash. The couple partied with Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz who was also celebrating his own birthday which was the day before Nas celebrated his.

In May, Nicki Minaj also sat down for an interview with Ellen DeGeneres where she spoke about Nas and how they had “sexy sleepovers.” “I go to (his house) I just thought him coming to me was too forward,” Nicki said about the Illmatic rapper. “Let me clarify, we didn’t do the.” Ellen then asked her if they did the Nasty and she said, “No, because I’m just chilling right now, I’m celibate. Seems the two also did a photo shoot which kind of make it seems like their relationship is also for publicity. After all, both rappers have upcoming projects coming out this fall.

Nicki Minaj also posted a clip on her IG with the caption, “Nasty Nas hopped out the illmatic ’88 benz tryna holla @ me earlier today in Queens. #GucciDown $54.11’s @nas.” There is no doubt that Nicki and Nasty Nas will be a hip-hop power couple with his credentials as a legend in the genre and she has been making a name for herself as the top female emcee for the last decade.
