Sean Kingston Breaks Down His Rebirth With Forthcoming “Deliverance” Album

Sean Kingston’s rebirth is coming as fans looks forward to his forthcoming album, Deliverance.

Sean Kingston has officially announced his re-entry into the music biz after dropping “Darkest Times,” a collaboration with Chicago rapper G Herbo. The track comes some eight years since he dropped his last album, Back 2 Life, and is reminiscent of the style that he’s become well-known for. His voice hasn’t changed that much over the years, and his strong Jamaican roots still ring through. This track is expected to be the lead one for his upcoming album Deliverance.

He’s hinted so far that fans can expect artists hailing from the US and his beloved Jamaica. In an interview with the Jamaica Star, he wanted it to be made known that the album is not a comeback per se but more of a celebration of the music that he still has to share with the world.

I’m back!!!!!! New single “Darkest Times” featuring @gherbo out NOW on all platforms!!! ?? https://t.co/sbL7H6WNpi pic.twitter.com/TJ6eDYjNm8

“So, we’re not calling this a comeback, but a rebirth; and the new music will chronicle my growth and open a whole different chapter. It’s going to be something the listeners least expect. There’s even going to be something on there for my Jamaican supporters,” he said.

The artist, who is proud of his Miami-Jamaican connection, has come quite a long way from where he started being one of the first artists trying to figure out how to make their brand stand out on the internet. He credits his start to MySpace, one of the very first social media sites to gain major popularity. He was able to maneuver into a serious career from the platform to the major airwaves. His knack for churning out hits didn’t hurt either. He’s behind some of the biggest summer songs like “Beautiful Girls,” and “Eenie Meenie” with Justin Bieber. Kingston sat down for an interview with HotNewHipHop, where he revealed more about the upcoming album and the inspiration behind it.

The biggest question that he probably had to address is why he chose this year when so many other artists have fallen off because of Covid-19 to drop new music. The lyric video has already gotten over 100,000 views last weekend and is poised to bring in more views.

“I just feel like the time is now. I’ve been writing a lot of music behind the scenes. I’ve been writing a lot of hits for a lot of artists…Chris Brown, Lil Mosey. I’ve been writing hits for a lot of people, but I just felt like, now is the time for me to come back, for me to tell my story again, for me to get—I just feel like the world is in such a…with COVID and everything that’s going on, they need feel-good music,” he explained.

The major reasoning behind the album is to reform the bond that he had with his fans and followers because he wants to share with them all the experience that he’s gained over the last eight years. He wants to share the lessons with others so that they can share the journey that he’s been on. That’s not to take away from his younger, more artistic approach, he continued. He added that his approach to music hasn’t changed that much, he’s just matured.

“It was still genuine because I have always been that type of person—but it was kind of, me rushing into things, but now, it’s very much more laid back, much more mature. My sound has matured, the way my melodies are now, everything is on a wider level,” he continued.

Anyone who’s kept up the award-winning artist knows that he’s had his fair share of controversies, including some money woes. These are some of the feelings and moments that he’s had to work through, and fans can expect to hear how he got through them on this album. That was some of the meaning behind “Darkest Times.”

“It’s basically just me explaining when I’m going through something—whenever somebody go through what they go through, trials and tribulations—[just] having somebody there as your rock and your stone. Being there for you through the darkest times,” he explained.

The veteran artist has worked with some big names in the music biz like Trippie Redd, Bow Wow, Brandy, Flo Rida, Sean Paul, and Nicki Minaj, to name a few, but his focus remains on being humble and connecting with his fans. He also shared some words of inspiration from Jay-Z that he’s held on to.

“I met Jay-Z in Dubai and me and Jay-Z was chopping it up and he told me, ‘No matter what you do, just keep going. Keep God first. Just stay at it, whether it’s music or business ideas or real estate or whatever. Just keep capitalizing and becoming a better person—and I feel like that’s always stuck with me,” he shared.

While he didn’t reveal much about who will be on the album, it’s fair to expect a lot of collaborations with his love of Jamaican culture and music strongly influencing the finished product.

How Brazil’s coronavirus response went from bad to absolute disaster

DW News shows that the Covid-19 coronavirus crisis in Brazil is going from bad to worse. Critics point to government mismanagement for the 2nd highest COVID death toll in the world. Doctors Without Borders calls it a humanitarian catastrophe. It says authorities’ refusal to adopt evidence-based public health measures has sent far too many to an early grave.
Last week Brazil accounted for over a quarter of global COVID-19 deaths. Unlike other countries, the virus is killing many children. Some doctors blame an extreme immune response to the virus multi-system inflammatory syndrome.

Irv Gotti Says DMX Contracted Covid Before His Death & Reveals The Drug He OD’d On

Irv Gotti says DMX died from bad crack and had COVID-19.

The hip-hop community is mourning the loss of icon DMX, who died after a week-long battle in the hospital following a heart attack. According to new reports, the episode was spurred on by a drug overdose on bad crack. Irv Gotti, who signed DMX to Def Jam back when he was an A&R for the record label, confirmed in a new interview that DMX took some crack that had Fentanyl mixed in it which caused his overdose.

Irv Gotti also added that the rapper was diagnosed with COVID-19 when he got to the hospital, which exacerbated his critical case. The virus affected his respiratory system, which caused him to have to be hooked up to the ventilator, but Irv Gotti says X was already brain dead.

“He had COVID, too,” said Gotti about the famous departed rapper. “They said it was a bad dose of crack and some drug Fentanyl was mixed in with the crack and that’s what made him overdose. Then when he got to the hospital, he got diagnosed with COVID and he couldn’t breathe, so that’s why he had to get hooked up to the ventilator.”

DMX, whose real name was Earl Simmons, passed away on Friday, April 9, at the White Plains Hospital. The rapper was 50 years old at the time and died with his family by his side. X struggled with drug addiction and mental illness for many years but was an inspiration to the entire hip-hop community because of his commitment to reform.

“Earl was a warrior who fought till the very end. He loved his family with all of his heart and we cherish the times we spent with him,” his family said in a statement after his death. It was first denied that DMX actually had COVID, but according to Irv Gotti, the rapper did, in fact, contract the deadly virus before he died. May DMX’s soul continue to rest in peace.

Canada: Ontario tops 3,000 new COVID cases, first time since Jan

It seems that on the first day of Ontario’s emergency shutdown, the province’s daily COVID-19 case count reached a disturbing level not seen since mid-January. As Melissa Nakhavoly reports, ICU numbers are also at an unsettling level.
Following Health Canada’s approval of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine and the mRNA-1273 vaccine developed by Moderna, widespread plans for vaccinations began during the week of December 14, 2020. Early vaccination efforts were highly criticized. However, Ontario now leads the nation in doses administered. Due to a shortage of both approved vaccines in late January and early February, vaccinations slowed significantly for a number of weeks. In late February 2021, shipments of the 2 approved vaccines at the time increased significantly, and on February 26, 2021, Health Canada approved the Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine for use and on March 5, 2021 approved the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine for a total of 4 approved vaccines. Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccines began to be administered in pharmacies and family health practices March 10, 2021.
The Ontario province is now experiencing a “third wave” of the virus.

Canada – Vaccine clinics struggle to fill appointments

Canada has issues with vaccines. Doctors are sounding the alarm as some Toronto vaccine clinics struggle to fill certain vaccination appointments.
A Coronavirus COVID‑19 vaccine is a vaccine intended to provide acquired immunity against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‑CoV‑2), the virus causing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‑19). Prior to the COVID‑19 pandemic, there was an established body of knowledge about the structure and function of coronaviruses causing diseases like severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS), which enabled accelerated development of various vaccine technologies during early 2020. On 10 January 2020, the SARS-CoV-2 genetic sequence data was shared through GISAID, and by 19 March, the global pharmaceutical industry announced a great major commitment to address COVID-19.
GISAID (website: gisaid.org) is a global science initiative and primary source established in 2008 that provides open-access to genomic data of influenza viruses and the certain coronavirus responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic.
In Phase III trials, several COVID‑19 vaccines have demonstrated efficacy as high as 95% in preventing symptomatic COVID‑19 infections. As of March 2021, 12 vaccines were authorized by at least one national regulatory authority for public use.
Many countries have certainly implemented phased distribution plans that prioritize those at highest risk of complications, such as the elderly, and those at high risk of exposure and transmission, such as certain healthcare workers.

Lil’ Krystalll – +44 Lyrics

Lambo
Insta Story

Lil Wayne – Tyler Herro Lyrics

[DJ Drop: DJ Khaled]
You’re not gonna believe this
They still tryna put a ceiling on our greatness
So we took the fuckin’ ceiling off
What you think they can stop this?
No Ceilings 3, B-Side
They don’t want us to give you No Ceilings 3
So we give you No Ceilings 3, B-Side
You can’t put a ceiling on our greatness
So we took the fuckin’ ceiling off
Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled
No Ceilings 3, B-Side

[Verse 1: Lil Wayne]
Five white girls but they not Spice Girls
Just some hot girls who like to snort white girl
I’m in a all black coupe likе Dark Knight, girl
These herе Jimmy Choos, not Off-Whites, girl
Five AKs and they pop, NSYNC
Got five lil’ baes and they pop and drink
If it’s not bright pink then it’s not my drink
These bright white links make your eyesight weak
Runnin’ through a bag like YouTube money
New Orleans nigga, got beaucoup money
I voodoo somethin’, I wish you would do somethin’
Milkin’ this shit like the Yoo-Hoo bunny
Got the private plane lit and the Bluetooth runnin’
Tunechi gon’ spit like a new tooth comin’
Everybody vibe like the FUBU comin’ in
Whole bunch of zeros like a new bag of Funyuns
Tunechi got shottas like Buju Banton
Bullets that’ll shoot through mountains
Talkin’ that shit and I Doo Doo Brown ’em
I punish these boys, I ground ’em
Yeah, and these funny ass boys, I clowned ’em
I’m laughin’ so hard, laugh louder
Yeah, Young Money so raw, no condom
No teeth, just jaws, just tonsils
Fuck everything that they say about me
I done fucked every bad bitch that stay on South Beach
Money talk, mine just gave a nice speech
Just laid a bitch down like Layla Ali
Sittin’ in the throne, tryna stay in my seat
It cost to be the boss, bitch payin’ my fee
Only smoke blunts, give the J to wifey
Every now and then, I might hit the J like Kyrie
The ones that hate me the most look just like me
You tatted up and say that they GOATs, just like me
If I inspired you that’s so inspirin’
A nina work for me, that hoe can get fired
Golf Wang Converse, I’m little Tyler
Might skate ’em or might not even rock ’em
Bad bitch, nice top, nice bottom
Fuck her with my chains on, she melt the ice out ’em
Superstar shit, smellin’ like roses
Superstar dick, spread it like COVID
Flag red as fuck but I’m golden
Casket lit, was up and I closed it
Opp dead, this Hell and I’m Satan
Thousand bullet shells, yeah I’m blatant
No Ceilings, she’s stargazin’
Dead presidents, reincarnated
Tyler Herro, workin’ on my jumper
I need a shero, fuckin’ Wonder Woman
No Ceilings, third times a charm
Nigga, I don’t fuck with you like Big Sean

[Verse 2: Big Sean]
Fuck what’s on your tomb, it’s carved in stone
Just like statues of me when I’m gone
Artists, yeah, artillery get drawn
Boy I goes in like outside was a storm
Upgraded, this ain’t even my final form
Can’t say you ain’t been warned, you ain’t on what I’ve been on
I live and breathe and die by this
Lifestyle shit, it just don’t sit on my charm
Take my kindness for weakness then you’re not strong
Whole city remind me when I’m gone
When I was down bad, I didn’t complain
I was at the bottom right where I belong
If you don’t climb to the top, you’re not as strong
Weezy, that’s my twin but we both one of one
I can teach you how to get it one on one
When you ball like this, hoe it’s not a game
But I’m goin’ insane all ’21
Bitch think we dated off a one-and-done
And the human race, if it’s not a race
It’s a quest, a journey, but I’m fuckin’ facin’
All the problems that I keep on runnin’ from
Got a hitlist, checklist, to-do list, guest list
Super bad bitch list, I don’t need a wish list
I’m already gifted, I’m done giving forgiveness
The ones that hate me the most ain’t nothin’ like me
I could never hate nobody I ain’t met or seen
Blue Grass girl, ever since I cut her down
She been havin’ wetter dreams, drop the mic, let it sing
I’ve been ready for the war and whatever that’ll bring
From where niggas don’t engage and they still let it ring (Brr)
Got back up with me and we movin’ in sync
Got killer instincts but I spit that vaccine
I’m only hittin’ raw if I hit it couple times
Already with the rubber and the shit didn’t stink
Had a chain, gave my brother, we forever in a link
Gonna roll on the world, let’s travel
Well you gotta pay a toll, hmm-hmm, yeah, whatever that means
Weezy said, “Kill ’em man, fuck all that booty shit”
I’m on that brutal shit
When I say next year is our year, ho, watch what we do with it
Ten plus in and I can’t let go
Just like my girl doin’ stupid shit
This a lot of y’all that owe me a check, respect and publishing
Yeah, a whole slew and shit
I’m in euphoria with a young thing and she poppin’ like Rue and shit
Me and Weezy beat the beat like we Ken and Ryu and shit
I used to hesitate, took my heart
Told my head, “Lil bitch quit playin’ and do this shit”
When you on like this
Every bad bitch come around with ass and titties
Need that double R when you go rags to riches
Need some R&R but now we back to bidness, lil’ bitch
Yeah, lil fuckin’ bitch

[Outro: Big Sean & DJ Khaled]
Yeah, lil fuckin’ bitch
No Ceilings 3, B-Side

Dr. Dre’s Soon To Be Ex-Wife Calls Him Out For Using COVID To Dodge Deposition

Dr. Dre is getting called out by his estranged wife Nicole Young for using COVID concerns to dodge deposition.

Things tend to get messy in the process of divorce, perhaps even more so when there is a massive amount of money on the line. Despite having upheld a seemingly happy marriage for more than two decades, Dr. Dre and his estranged wife, Nicole Young, are now in the midst of heated legal battles and non-stop accusations.

The latest claim comes from Nicole, who says that Dre is using the current pandemic to get out of fulfilling his legal obligations. According to TMZ, Young wants Dre to be physically present for a deposition, but the hip hop mogul has declined, citing social distancing guidelines.

Dr. Dre has, however, agreed to conduct the deposition via Zoom, but Nicole doesn’t think the excuse is legit. According to Young, Dre has “freely entertained” guests in his home over the last several months and showed up to social functions “without implementing even the slightest amount of social distancing protocol.” She also went on to insinuate Dre’s activities span beyond casual social gatherings, saying that he has been seen “entering and exiting the homes of multiple women around the Los Angeles area.”

Dre and Nicole have been battling it out in court ever since Young filed for divorce in June after 24 years of marriage. Young has since claimed that she owns some of Dre’s most profitable trademarks, including his stage name and his 1992 classic album, The Chronic. The former NWA member and his legal team have vehemently denied these claims, pointing to a prenuptial agreement that Young says is void.

Additionally, lawyers for Dre recently accused Young of siphoning over $350k from Record One recording studios, a company that she and Dre founded in 2015. The restrictions of the pandemic will likely continue to stall the finalization of this divorce, especially if parties involved are adamant about social distancing themselves away from the courtroom.

Ari Fletcher Ether G Herbo & His Girlfriend Taina, Says He Has Herpes, Herbo Respond

Ari Fletcher is going in on G Herbo and his girlfriend Taina Williams on IG.

Ari Fletcher certainly has no problem sharing family business on social media. Speaking openly about her distaste of photographs featuring G Herbo’s girlfriend holding her son, Ari asked the photographer responsible to promptly take down the pictures. The situation became an issue after G Herbo participated in The Crew League’s basketball tournament on TikTok over the weekend. His current girlfriend, Taina Williams, watched from the sidelines while holding his two-year-old son who he shares with Ari Fletcher.

Pictures of Taina and the little boy, whose name is Yosohn, were posted on social media, and Ari quickly hopped in the comment section to make it clear that she wasn’t having it.

“Sweetie please don’t post my son and another girl, remove this,” Ari demanded of the photographer. The Instagram page quickly complied with her request and removed the photo, only leaving pictures of Herbo and Yosohn up instead. When a fan commented on the situation to Ari, writing, “I don’t understand the point of them posting that picture of taina and your son. #childish,” Ari replied, saying, “I don’t want my son in public with her holding him because she told me out her own mouth that Yosohn does not like her. So I don’t want my son uncomfortable.”

— KYLESISTER (@AriTheDon) November 10, 2020

G Herbo responded to her rant saying, “Happy h*es ain’t hating.” It seems that comment only infuriated Ari Fletcher who responded, “How they get a cure for COVID before herpes.”

While it is entirely understandable that a mother would be protective of her baby and their level of comfort with new people in their life, it might be a bit of a stretch for Ari to expect that her ex’s new girlfriend never hold her child when she isn’t around. It also seems like Ari might have been more concerned with how the situation appeared publicly than with her son’s comfort level, but ultimately it is up to Yosohn’s parents to decide what is best for him going forward.

Conway The Machine – Seen Everything But Jesus Lyrics (feat. Freddie Gibbs)

Lyrics from snippet

[Intro: Conway the Machine]
Uh, yeah, uh
Yeah, yeah, woah, oh
Hahahahahaha, yeah, ha
Yeah, hahaha, yeah, yeah
I felt like singin', nigga, uh

[Chorus: Conway the Machine]
I did a lot of shit that I regret, yeah (I did a lot of shit I regret)
I've done a lot of things I can't take back (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, take back)
But I was tryna just get my respect, uh (Tryna just get my respect)
I catch a body when I ring this MAC (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
Lord knows that I'm tryin' (Lord knows), but we come up from the bottom
Growin' up, most of my homies was dyin'
You know that I'm slidin' on a nigga if my babies is cryin' (For my babies)
I'ma forever stay solid, yeah, yeah

[Verse 1: Conway the Machine]
Look, Lil Lotto got shot, Mikey B got shot
Lil Jojo got shot, ChineGun got shot (Rest in peace, nigga)
I start my verse sayin' they names to show we haven't forgot (Uh huh)
Reminiscin' about my niggas, I miss 'em a lot (We ain't forgot you niggas)
Bismillah, city I'm from get risky a lot
Gotta get you a Glock, just incase you gotta lick a few shots (Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom)
Flip a pack a few times, stack it, and get you a block
Keep your grip on you if niggas try to get what you got
My nigga Sos up in the feds, he been down for like seven
We fell out before he left and we never got to address it
I still answer every call, when he come home, I plan to bless him
'Cause we spoke about it like two men and I was corrected
That's lil' shit, I'm not stressin', we still got a connection
He was in the feds with West and I'm solid without a question
Back then, two of the woes hit a lick for that lil' bread
Got the bricks out that nigga, they still shot him and fled (Brr)
Police caught 'em both two days later and caught the bitch
She ain't know not to take your cellphone when you hit a lick, look (What you doin'?)
I'm from a sturdy block, duckin' them dirty cops
Made a fortune with a fork and a dirty pot, I swear I did a lot

[Verse 2: Freddie Gibbs]
I did a lot of shit that I regret, yeah
I bust the strap until it ain't nothin' left
Had to pray everyday to Jesus, I ain't scared of death
Yeah, I scraped that Pyrex 'til it ain't nothin' left, yeah, yeah
It ain't no competition on this mic, oppositions want my life
Mama said I can't be here, I'm drippin' in the blood of Christ
Set up by my family members, man, sometimes your blood ain't right
Couldn't afford new Js, I wiped my cousin blood up off my Nikes
And kept on steppin', my Ls ain't losses, bitch, I get my lessons
'Fore a nigga get up off this shit, Randy Moss this shit, gotta get my blessings
f*ck the police, bitch, every time they caught me, caught me with my weapon
Young Kane spit the coldest shit, that COVID shit, it ain't no testin'
Thou lay me down to sleep, pray the lord this dope I keep
Fifteen in Virginia, get your issue when you over east
Pulled up in my Tesla, do a show, it's like I stole the key
Seen snow on Tik Tok and I said it's over for the streets
[Chorus: Conway the Machine]
I did a lot of shit that I regret, yeah (I did a lot of shit I regret)
I've done a lot of things I can't take back (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, take back)
But I was tryna just get my respect, uh (Tryna just get my respect)
