Mars Helicopter Ingenuity’s first Flight video (lift off and landing) – Science Loop

Science Loop on Youtube shows that Mars Ingenuity helicopter has made flight history!
NASA’s Ingenuity Mars Helicopter Succeeds in Historic First Flight
Monday, NASA’s Ingenuity Mars Helicopter became the first aircraft in history to make a powered, controlled flight on another planet. The Ingenuity team at the agency’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Southern California confirmed the flight succeeded after receiving data from the helicopter via NASA’s Perseverance Mars rover at 6:46 a.m. EDT (3:46 a.m. PDT).
***Due to lack of time and information the quality and information of the video is not good enough.
There is also first image from Ingenuity’s onboard camera during fly in Mars’s atmosphere. NASA’s Ingenuity Mars Helicopter took this shot while hovering over the Martian surface on April 19, 2021.
NASA is calling the flight a “Wright Brothers moment” on the Red Planet Mars!
Mars Ingenuity helicopter is also Autonomous. It takes some time to communicate from Earth to Mars. Because of this time delay, we can not use joystick. That is why scientists made it Autonomous. Cool! Isn’t it?
NASA’s experimental helicopter Ingenuity certainly rose into the thin air above the dusty red surface of Mars planet on Monday, achieving the first powered flight by an aircraft on another planet.
The triumph was hailed as a “Wright brothers moment.” The small mini 4-pound (1.8-kilogram) helicopter certainly succeeded.
The first flight was short (just 39 seconds) – but it accomplished a major milestone.
The $85 million USA helicopter demo was considered high risk yet high reward.
To accomplish the fascinating Mars flight, the helicopter’s twin, counter-rotating rotor blades needed to spin at 2,500 revolutions per minute – 5 times faster than on Earth.
The helicopter has an excellent solar panel for recharging the batteries, crucial for its survival during the -90 C Martian nights.

Marty Robbins – Trail Dreamin’ Lyrics

All through the day, in the saddle I sway
Visions grow as I go trail dreamin’
I see a home on a blue mountain dome
Love inlaid, that I made trail dreamin’

There’s a rainbow trail that’s lined with stars

That leads to a gate with moving bars
And it’s welcome, I feel till my vision’s so real
Turn to dust, ’cause I’m just trail dreamin’

Marty Robbins – Trail Dreamin’ Lyrics

I see a home on a blue mountain dome
Love inlaid, that I made trail dreamin’

There’s a rainbow trail that’s lined with stars

Misc – Crown Lyrics

If eyes are the mirror of the soul
You will find in my the scorn and apathy
You will read my hatred as in a curs’d book
You will see yourself as I see you
It is a mirror sombre and opaque
Which protects me, which stifles me
A great ditch around the heart
Which rejects, which estranges me
There is a world in my head
A dead world where nothing lives
And it is there I am, too far,
Far too far to be rejoined
A crown of thorns is still a crown
I am a king in a kingdom of suffering

I have taken my time to reach this stage
I have taken pains to torture myself
To descend, to descend
Into pain, I exist
And I my brain is numbed
The thorn in my flesh
Can overcome apathy
There is glory in humiliation
A throne to be taken, a crown to win
I have no more tears,
And my smile has lost its brilliance
I have forgotten who I was,
I have killed my emotions
Crushed, empty, weary,
Always standing, I am a tree
Awaiting the lightning.

Beenie Man To Be Sentenced May 14 After Pleading Guilty to DRM Charges

Beenie Man faces jail time or fine hen he appeared in court next month for sentencing in his DRM case.

Beenie Man flipped the not guilty verdict he provided in February and opted for a guilty one when he again stepped into the St. Elizabeth Parish Court on Wednesday, February 10. The dancehall legend was in court to address charges linked to breaches of the Disaster Risk Management and Noise Abatement Act on November 29, 2020.

Specifically, the entertainer has pleaded guilty to the DRM charges, while other charges linked to the Noise Abatement Act, which insinuated that the deejay did not attempt to secure a permit from the Superintendent for the Shrewbury district, were dropped by the court on Monday.

Beenie Man’s lawyer Roderick Gordon says that the artist did the honorable thing to plea guilty to the charge. The attorney is also satisfied with the Crown’s decision to withdraw the second charge.

As for his guilty plea, the entertainer will be heading to court on May 14th to receive his sentencing.

While speaking to The Gleaner after his courthouse proceedings on Monday, Beenie Man had this to say about his decision to not contest the matter any further. “Mi nuh wah nobody fi feel like mi above the law so we affi deal wid dat right and mek Jamaica feel safe and mek di people dem know dat we wid dem,” the deejay said.

Based on the recent amendment of the Disaster Risk Management Act (DRMA), Beenie Man could be steering down a monetary fine of up to JM$500,000.

The 47-year-old had a very troubled 2020, which included the death of his mom, as well as another run-in with the law on New Year’s Eve, which led to him being officially charged.

Matt Simons – With you Lyrics

[Verse 1:]
Honest where I start from
I try and impart my wisdom
A combination of truth and fear
That’s the way it’s always been
My father and his before him
At times we hurt the ones we love so dear

[Chorus:]
I’ll be with you, I’ll be waiting for you
On the other side, on the other side
And the winds that blow they’ll guide you home
Get you through the night, get you through the night
It’ll all be right

[Verse 2:]
My job to control you
Darling, though I barely know you
Hoping you grow tired and start giving in
Spout of holy water
Pour it on my only daughter
Maybe there’s a shot she’ll begin again

[Chorus:]
I’ll be with you, I’ll be waiting for you
On the other side, on the other side
And the winds that blow they’ll guide you home
Get you through the night, get you through the night
It’ll all be right

[Bridge:]
So wrong
And I’m here to make it right for what it’s worth
And I’m sorry, yes, I’m sorry if you never felt
The love, the love, the love that you deserve

[Chorus:]
I’ll be with you, I’ll be waiting for you
On the other side, on the other side
And the winds that blow they’ll guide you home
Get you through the night, get you through the night
It’ll all be right

Elton John – Thank You for All Your Loving Lyrics

[Verse 1]
Oh, pity me
I’m so alone and so blue
My friends have all gone away
Their friendliness too

[Pre-Chorus]
It was I on my own
With no need to belong
And I wanted to die
That’s when you came along

[Chorus]
And thank you for all of your loving
Thank you for all of your tears
Thank you for all of your kindness
Thank you for being here

[Verse 2]
What a difference it made
My life has started again
And if you go away
It just won’t be the same

[Pre-Chorus]
It’s hard to say what I feel
When I’m by your side
You’re there when I’m worried
All my troubles, in you I confide

[Chorus]
And thank you for all of your loving
Thank you for all of your tears
Thank you for all of your kindness
Thank you for being here

[Verse 1]
Oh, pity me

Bill Wurtz – money Lyrics

[Verse 1]
Got some money, got some cash
I’m rich and now I’m sad
And I wonder if I’m sad about the money that I have
Got some boats on my plane
At the hotel where I’m staying
Just in case I ever have to swiftly get away

[Verse 2]
And the window is broken
And cold winds are blowing in at me
That’s when I knew that the fairytale is true
And tomorrow I’m going out to sea

[Verse 3]
Got some money in my hand
And it makes me mad
Because I don’t know what money means

[Verse 4]
Everyone knows that the world is cold
And you can warm it up with a little true love
And I wish to explain all the ways
Friends and lovers can go all the way
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to me
One day will feel complete
Happy birthday to somebody in the streets
Who’s been waiting patiently

[Verse 5]
Got money, some cash
I keep it in my head
And I think about it all day but I can’t spend it
Hello it’s a Tuesday show
‘Cause Wednesday seems so long ago
I said it three or four songs ago
It’s time for the show

[Verse 6]
Got some money in my hat
And it makes me seem tall
I can see where all the money in the world has gone
It’s swimming!
Across the floor of the ocean
Peacefully floating there
It’s 4.95, some call it 3.99
Some call it a billion

[Verse 7]
Money is bad
I don’t understand what to do it with it
Or how to deal with it, yeah
Or tell my friends
What it does
How it works
What it’s worth
And if it can change the world
Yeah

Brandi Carlile – Late Morning Lullaby Lyrics

As soon as my eyes shut the slide show begins
Yesterday is gone now and panic sets in
With a weight upon my chest and a ghost upon my back
And the numbing sensation of everything I lack that leaves me

Dreaming, dreaming, dreaming, ooh
Your real world away

And beautiful, beautiful bright eyes lie
Only beautiful, oh, beautiful bright eyes cry
Singing late morning lullaby

The first sign of morning is gray and alarming
It’s so disappointing, the day has come so soon
While the rest of the world greets the day and feels new

I will push it away just like I always do, I will be

Dreaming, dreaming, dreaming, ooh
Your real world away

And beautiful, oh, beautiful bright eyes lie
Only beautiful, oh, beautiful bright eyes cry
Singing late morning lullaby, late morning lullaby

Oh, I would darken my window so I can fall asleep
While the critics frown down on the hours, I keep that leave me

Dreaming, dreaming, dreaming, ooh
Your real world away

Offset Pulled Lyric About Saweetie From New Song With IDK

Did Offset pulled reference lyric about Saweetie from his new song with IDK?

It seems that the bitterness from Saweetie and Quavo’s break up has run into the rest of the Migos group as it is now speculated that a song by IDK which features Offset has been refined to remove a reference to Saweetie.

The song “Shoot my Shot” received a lot of attention for the reference to the Los Angeles rapper. However, following the breakup, it seems that Migos are erasing any and all connections to Saweetie, who has dated Migos member Quavo and had a bitter breakup that continues to see drama from both sides.

Some blogs and fans are interpreting the development of IDK’s new song with Offset as coming off as another layer of Quavo’s ongoing feud against his ex-girlfriend. Neither of the rappers have anything to do with the song, but it seems that the lyric being changed at the last minute is telling a different story.

The latest version of the lyric reads – “Say she like to do the lounge, she don’t f*ck with the clubs/My type, my type, yeah, yeah, my type,” raps IDK in his verse in the officially released version of “SHOOT MY SHOT.”

The latest audio is an alteration, however, of the original verse that shouts out Saweetie. The original lyrics include the lines, “Say she like to do the lounge, she don’t f*ck with the clubs/My type, my type, like Saweetie, my type.” The verse still references the rapper’s hit record “My Type,” which many persons would know is an indirect reference to Saweetie even if her name is removed. It seems as though Offset (or is it really Quavo?) took issue with it and asked for it to be changed.

Fans, on the other hand, are of the opinion that the group is bullying Saweetie while also riding on her coat tail and using her song for relevance. “They clout chasing HER atp,” one person commented. Some fans, though, think it is good that the name was removed as it can be misinterpreted as a beef with Saweetie. “if he would of [sic] kept it on there y’all would of said they firing shots….grow to ppl.”

Chuck Fenda Faces Criticism For Lovers Rock Collab With Teenage Jada Kingdom

Jada Kingdom’s 2017 rise in the music industry with “Love Situations” is well known to her fans and followers. But a 7-year-old music video that emerged on social media on Sunday, April 18, revealed that this was not the artists’ first big appearance on the music scene.

It turns out that the sultry track titled “Believe,” featured the 16-year-old Jada Kingdom, and renowned reggae artist Chuck Fenda was already getting heavy rotation before many people knew about the “Heavy!” deejay.

The recent revelation did not sit well with some members of the public, who took to social media to condemn the lyrics of the song by Jada as a teenager and criticized Chuck Fenda for the collab.

In the refrain, Chuck Fenda sings, “When I love I love you right, When I hold I squeeze you tight, baby believe me,” and Jada Kingdom, who went by just Jada K back then, follows with “I wanna do the things you like, boy I need your love tonight, it sounds like cliché, I love you each day.”

Concerned fans have since made it their duty to locate the video on YouTube, where they expressed their displeasure.

One person commented, “This is giving weird vibes. Like Robert Kelly and Aaliyah vibes,” another added, “The lyrics and the age. Parents..” and another expressed, “The age and the lyrics just doesn’t sit right with me.”

Yet, a 2014 Gleaner article titled “16-Year-Old Makes Musical Debut” stated, “She may only be 16 years old, but up-and-coming singer Jada Murphy is ready to take the music industry by storm. After a chance encounter with reggae artiste Chuck Fenda…Jada-K, seized the opportunity to audition for him.”

The article explained that Fenda was impressed with young Jada’s vocal range and decided to work with her. Additionally, the article stated that Fenda had received permission from Jada’s parents before working with her as she was still a minor.

Jada told the media that her musical journey was fully supported by her parents.

“My parents are behind me 100 percent. They encourage the boldness I had to approach Chuck Fenda and create this opportunity for myself,” she said.

Comfort For Change – Start It Over Lyrics

Days go by and I’m still here
The bottom line is it’s unclear
Where I’ll go and what I’ll do
The choice still belongs to you

You don’t have to run
You just have to start it over, start it over
The pain is just too strong
You just have to start it over, start it over

I sit at home and watch the fan
Spin around as time still stands
Listen to my favorite song
Lifter tries to lift me up

You don’t have to run
You just have to start it over, start it over

The pain is just too strong
You just have to start it over, start it over

Seven words, one weak, teenager nosebleed, birthmark savory
Engine Number 9 be quiet and drive, cherry waves Sinatra
You will see it’s me falling down the path again
Complete with seeds sprouting the roots again

You don’t have to run
You just have to start it over, start it over
The pain is just too strong
You just have to start it over, start it over

Testing face masks: Lab tests reveal the safest and most effective

CBC News in Canada shows how effective are face masks. Months into the coronavirus pandemic there are still no standards or regulations for consumer masks. So, they asked the University of Toronto to test more than 20 different masks. They reveal which are the most effective at keeping you safe from COVID-19, and which masks you should avoid.
Keep in mind, the N95 or Professional-Grade Medical Mask N95 respirators and other professional-grade medical masks are carefully sized to form a tight seal between the air outside and the face. They are designed to protect healthcare workers from droplets in the air. Respirators are certainly highly effective when professionally fitted.
Fabric masks are really recommended to prevent onward transmission in the general population in public areas, particularly where distancing is not possible, and in areas of community transmission. This could include the school grounds in some situations. Masks may help to protect others, because wearers may be infected before symptoms of certain illness appear. The policy on wearing a mask or so-called face covering should be in line with national or local guidelines. Where used, masks should be worn, cared for and disposed of indeed properly.
Good fabric masks should be made of 3 layers of fabric:
Inner layer of absorbent material, such as cotton.Middle layer of non-woven non-absorbent material, such as polypropylene.Outer layer of non-absorbent material, such as polyester or polyester blend.
