Jack The Smoker – Una Come Te Lyrics

[Testo di “Una come te”]

[Ritornello]
Io sono fatto così
Una come te era difficile da perdere, no
Non so perché ti ho fatto scendere, no
Ma sono fatto così
Una come te, era impossibile da perdere, no
Non so perché ti ho fatto scendere, no (No)

[Strofa 1]
E allora è solo colpa mia, colpa mia
So bene che spesso ho torto ma non me ne interesso molto

[Ritornello]
Io sono fatto così
Una come te era difficile da perdere, no
Non so perché ti ho fatto scendere, no
Ma sono fatto così
Una come te, era impossibile da perdere, no
Non so perché ti ho fatto scendere, no

[Strofa 2]

E pronunciassi poche sillabe

[Ritornello]
Io sono fatto così
Una come te era difficile da perdere, no
Non so perché ti ho fatto scendere,no
Ma sono fatto così
Una come te, era impossibile da perdere, no
Non so perché ti ho fatto scendere,no

[Outro]
Io sono fatto così

Josman – Boss Lyrics

[Couplet 1]
Hey, f*ck les menus maxi best-of

Moi j’suis là, j’suis juste venu prendre ma place

[Refrain]

Tu sais déjà pourquoi j’bosse, motherf*cka

Mes lyrics t’irritent jusqu’à l’iris

Tu sais déjà pourquoi j’bosse, motherf*cka

Dababy Says He Made $4 Million In One Day After Epic BET Hip-Hop Awards Snub

DaBaby isn’t worried about winning awards because he’s laughing all the way to the bank.

Earlier this year, rapper DaBaby indicated that he was feeling the pinch of the coronavirus much like everybody else in the world when he mentioned that he would miss out on a whopping 7 million dollars as a result of his events being canceled. Thankfully it seems those issues are no more, following his confirmation of pulling in $4 million in one day.

“I made 4M$ today. #NoCap,” confirmed the rapper who is definitely being paid in full these days. Sadly, he did not give a breakdown of just how those funds were accumulated. He is known for snagging some pretty high profile collaborations since landing on the scene, which should pay big bucks once those royalty cheques are cashed. The rapper dropped a handful of images of himself dressed from his head to his toes in Gucci wear to go with the revealing caption. It turns out that the pictures he uploaded were taken from the set of a music video shoot in Atlanta. In the caption of his follow-up post, he explains moving straight from a video shoot to the studio, which is definitely an indication of how he continues to stack his bread.

“Left a 8 hour video shoot last night in Atlanta and pulled straight up on @brskash to remix my favorite sh_t out right now “Throat Baby.” The “Suge” rapper wrote below the video of himself and BRS KashKash in the studio.

The revelation of his earnings follows him being sidestepped not once but 12 times by BET after he was nominated in 12 categories and did not walk away with a win. DaBaby’s response to the situation was to take the high road, however, this most recent mention about his doe seems too in line not to be a shade aimed at the media outlet.

Shenseea Twerk On Masego In “Silver Tongue Devil” Visual

The official video for Masego and Shenseea’s “Silver Tongue Devil” has been released.

The official visuals for Masego and Shenseea’s “Silver Tongue Devil” have been released, and they are as stunning as their combination on the laid back African beat. The video was uploaded to YouTube earlier today, October 29, and within the first few hours had already gained more than 25 000 views with a lot of positive feedback from fans. There were a few concept videos before this one, and fans always responded, but it seems they got it right with the official release, which was shot in Jamaica.

The song is set to a catchy Afro-beat with Masego’s famous saxophone infused spin on music. The track is part of Masego’s upcoming concept EP and was produced by Grammy award-winning IzyBeats.

Masego announced that he wanted Shenseea on this particular song earlier this month. At the time of the announcement, he was quoted as saying: “You can’t miss her these days in Jamaica. All of my friends are always talking about Shenseea. I mean all of my close family out here are listening to her.” Masego lives in America but has Jamaican roots.

Shenseea also shared the news excitedly on her Instagram alongside a clip of the video. She said: “The Jamaican in me Do it for my Africans… @masego and I official music video is out now on youtube – “Silver Tongue Devil” go run it up issa vibe!” to which her manager, Romeich Major replied: “You have a big buzzzz.” That post has been viewed over 300, 000 times.

Masego also updated his Instagram and tagged all those responsible for the very professional video. He said: “SILVER TONGUE DEVIL VIDEO OUT NOW!”

Fans were also very happy with the production and commented as such under the video. Here are a few reactions:

Jason Henry -“Shenseea just teamed up with one of the dopest Jamaican born international artist! Mr Jazz himself Masego!”

Imani H. – “The looks, the choreo, the chemistry, EVERYTHINGG.”

Kwazzi K – “Masego connecting with his Jamaican roots!! I love it.”

Masego recently revealed that Shenseaa’s team was very accommodating when he contacted them with his idea. He was also in Jamaica seeking collaboration with other Jamaican artists like Grammy-winning Koffee, Chronixx, and Stalk Ashley for his upcoming album. It’s all in line with his wish to explore his Jamaican roots.

50 Cent & Pusha T Blast Lil Wayne For Endorsing President Trump & Doing Photo Op

50 Cent just joints the rest of the masses in hammering Lil Wayne for endorsing President Trump.

Lil Wayne is getting some bad press today for seemingly endorsing President Trump, who is running for a second term. Just last week, 50 Cent experienced the same fallout, but over time and thanks to his former ex-girlfriend Chelsea Handler, he backtracks on his endorsement while alluding that he never like Trump in the first place. Fifty is notorious for shock value and trolling to help promote his TV shows and his brands, but Weezy is usually on point with his announcements. So no, this is not a drill or him trolling us.

Late Thursday, Lil Wayne stunned the hip hop community when he announced that he met with Trump and discussed the platinum plan and criminal justice reform. “Just had a great meeting with
@realdonaldtrump @potus besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership,” Wayne tweeted. “He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done.”

50 Cent, who is very much aware of the windfall of backlash that would follow Lil Wayne’s tweet, used the opportunity to call out the Young Money rapper. “oh no [side eye emoji] WAYNE, I WOULD HAVE NEVER TOOK THIS PICTURE,” Fif wrote on IG while promoting his cognac and champagne brands.

50 Cent isn’t the only rapper who has chided Wayne for his endorsement of Trump. Pusha T also made a scathing rebuked of Weezy. “Wayne complaining about Biden tax plan but had no issue when Birdman did it to him for 30 years,” Pusha T tweeted.

Lil Wayne previously came under fire for defending police officers amid some controversial killing of unarmed black people, saying a white police officer saved his life when he was a child.

Kendrick Lamar Delivers First Song Of 2020 “Look Over Your Shoulder” With Busta Rhymes

Kendrick Lamar graces us with his first release in like forever.

Hip Hop fans will be ecstatic to know that rapper Kendrick Lamar’s next verse will be featured on Busta Rhymes’ new track “Look Over Your Shoulder.” The last time Lamar released any music of his own was back in 2018 for the Black Panther soundtrack when he sang “Black Panther.” Lamar’s work on Black Panther earned him a Grammy, and he was nominated for seven.

In this latest rendition, he collaborated with Busta Rhymes on a sampled beat from “I’ll Be There” by the Jackson 5. The song will be on Busta RhymesExtinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God, which will be released tomorrow, Friday, October 30.

Lamar is in pristine form as he spits his bars. Here’s a little taste of what he had to say: “Bite no hand that feed/The culture vulture die and bleed/My focus hold these thoughts and dreams/Control this pen/Boldest lines in rhymes and things/Devote my time and mind it seems.”

The lyrics are in line with the rapper’s current lifestyle as he’s very much caught up in the current Black Lives Matter Movement (BLM). He was spotted during protests over the police murders of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor. He also recently started a new company, pgLang, along with his longtime friend Dave Free.

The album will feature several collaborations from some well-known artists like Mariah Carey, Q-Tip, Rick Ross, Chris Rock, Rakim, Bell Biv Devoe, Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Rapsody, Mary J. Blige, and more. Busta Rhymes, who has Caribbean roots, has shot back on the scene within recent times and recently teamed up with Worl’ Boss, Vybz Kartel, to drop “The Don and the Boss” featuring Vybz Kartel.

Lamar’s last album titled DAMN was in 2017, and many fans have been wondering when he will drop another one. In 2019 he featured on SiR’s “Hair Down,” Raphael Saadiq’s “Rearview,” the Lion King song “NILE,” Dreamville’s “Under the Sun,” as well as 2 Chainz’s “Momma I Hit a Lick.”

Here’s a look at the tracklist for Busta’s upcoming album:

1. “E.L.E. 2 Intro” feat Chris Rock, Rakim, Pete Rock

3. “Strap Yourself Down”

Saweetie Reveals that She Used to Work In A Strip Club

Saweetie has a whole past we knew nothing about.

Before the Bay Area artist made a name for herself in the rap world, she attended college at the University of Southern California, where she studied communications and business. Her academic history has helped to create a wholesome image for the Icy Girl, but as she has now shared with The Shade Room, there is more to her backstory than meets the eye.

As it turns out, Saweetie has something in common with fellow rapstress Cardi B. “I think people have a misconception of strippers, and the reason why I say that is ’cause I used to work at the strip club myself,” she revealed in an interview with the site. However, the “Tap In” rapper didn’t used to dance on stage, despite claiming that she possesses a couple of tricks. “I don’t like when people uplift me by putting down another woman because while I was a server at the strip club, I realized that strippers are regular people. They’re college girls. They’re mothers. They’re real girls who just come into work, and for me, strippers are like acrobats. That’s a talent. They’re acrobats or they’re psychologists. They’re therapists.”

Now that she is making a name for herself in the industry and even has a VMA nomination to her name, Saweetie needn’t work in strip joints to earn those coins — or purchase Birkin bags should she so choose. The 26-year-old found herself at the center of the discussion about the Hermès purses. “If he not getting you a Birkin, if he not paying for your bills, then throw that n**** back to the streets,” she told her fans on IG Live while her long term boyfriend, Quavo, stood beside her. The comment started a debate over who should be paying for the bags that begin at $10,000.

Elephant Man and Stephen ‘Di Genius’ McGregor Teases New Dance Anthem Coming Soon

Elephant Man and Stephen ‘Di Genius’ McGregor got some new music on the way.

The Energy God is set to drop another hit and is promising the same level of energy that he has become known for over the years. At 45-years-old Elephant Man, real name Oneal Bryan has no intention of slowing down, and he’s hooked up with one of the most brilliant producers in the game for his come back. Yesterday, October 28, he teased a bit of a preview of a new track, Mamacita, produced by Stephen McGregor on his new rhythm. Excitedly he told fans: “WHEN IT COMES TO DANCEHALL, WHEN IT COMES TO MUSIC, STEPHEN A DI MAN.”

Elephant Man also spoke with Buzz Caribbean about the upcoming track and told them how excited he was to once again collaborate with Di Genius. He praised the producer for his understanding of music and knowing how to bring melodies together. He described him as “the complete package.”

This is not the first track that the two have worked together on. The duo has a few tracks behind their names, including “Drop Dead,” “Dip Again,” and “Swing.” The Higher Level singer also noted that the song was already being requested and that he expected it to do well after it’s release, sometime next week.

Elephant Man is just one superstar deejay to ride the McGregor produced rhythm. Others will include Mavado, Konshens, Agent Sasco, and Govana.

Dancehall Artiste Leden Arrested For Possession Of Illegal Gun & Ammunition

Laden found himself in some legal trouble following his arrest for possession of an illegal gun.

Dancehall deejay Laden is today, October 29, behind bars following his arrest for illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition. Laden, whose real name is Okeefe Aarons, was arrested earlier today. The announcement of his arrest was confirmed by Senior Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay, head of the Constabulary Communications Unit.

According to Lindsay, he was charged following an incident on the night of October 28, after he sped off. He, along with two occupants in a black Mercedez Benz, were ordered to stop the vehicle in Cheapside, St Elizabeth but defied the order and took off. Laden is believed to have been the driver of the car.

Police gave chase, and during the chase, they allegedly noticed that a bag was tossed out of the vehicle through a sunroof. Police eventually caught up with the car and took the suspects back to the site where the bag was thrown. Following a search of the area, they said they found a Hi-point 9mm pistol. All the suspects, including a 16-year-old teen, were arrested and charges laid.

Laden shot to fame in 2006 following his appearance on Digicel Rising Stars. He is also known for songs like “Gal Coward,” “Feelings Too Heavy,” “Never Lonely,” and “Time Is Now,” which he recorded on Stephen McGregor’s Daybreak rhythm.

Shenseea Toasts Romeich For His Birthday, “Grandpa Major”

Shenseea and Teejay took turns to toast their manager Romeich on his birthday.

There’s no missing Dancehall vixen Shenseea as the artiste has grown from strength to strength in recent years and has toured around the world performing to sold-out arenas. She’s also become accepted as one of the top female voices in Dancehall. She didn’t do it by herself though, and she took the time out yesterday to thank her hard-working manager, Romeich Major, for his contribution to her overall success.

The Shen Yeng queen sent a sweet message on Romeich’s birthday yesterday, October 28, via Instagram, where she gushed about her appreciation to the leader of Romeich Entertainment. She uploaded a short video of the ever-busy Romeich sleeping along with the caption, “Happy birthday to the best manager ever! The G.O.A.T!”

Popcaan Scores First Billboard Hit With “Twist And Turn” Feat. Drake & PartyNextDoor

Popcaan scores a major Billboard hit as his Drake and PartyNextDoor-assisted hit “Twist and Turn” gains momentum.

It’s shaping up to be a fabulous year for Popcaan, whose real name is Andre Sutherland, which is saying a lot for any artist in 2020. After years of perseverance, the wildly popular Unruly Boss has finally penetrated the US market and can now count being on the Billboard charts as one of his many accomplishments. His song “Twist and Turn,” which is the feature song from his latest project Fixtape debuted at number 50 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart. This is his first track to make that particular Billboard chart.

Fixtape was released earlier this year on August 7 through OVO Sound and Warner Records. Fixtape features some heavy hitters like Drake, Dane Ray, Frahcess One, French Montana, Jada Kingdom, Masicka, PartyNextDoor, Preme, Stylo G, and Tommy Lee Sparta. The album peaked at number 15 on the Canadian Albums Chart and got to number 94 on the Billboard 200.

“Twist and Turn” features Canadian rapper Drake, who Popcaan is very close with, and PartyNextDoor. The song is also doing well on Billboard’s Rhythmic Songs chart, moving up from 37 to 32.

Popcaan’s music is being celebrated in the United Kingdom, as well as his track “Come Over,” a collaboration with British singer Jorja Smith has moved from number 39 to 37 on the Official Charts Top 100.

Fans anticipated that the album would do well after it debuted at number 2 on the Billboard Reggae Albums sales chart back in August. It’s since fallen out of the top ten, but the singles are still performing well. Legend: The Best of Bob Marley and the Wailers remain at the top of the chart for the 42nd consecutive week.

Reginae Carter Lashes Out At Critics Of Her Getting Back With YFN Lucci

Reginae Carter couldn’t care less what her fans think about her relationship status.

Based on some sleuthing, it seems as though the Growing Up Hip-Hop: Atlanta star is back together with her ex-boyfriend YFN Lucci. The pair had a relationship that lasted a year and a half, but it ended in heartbreak around August last year with some cucumbers having a role in the split. Alexis Skyy and her then-boyfriend Trouble hosted a debaucherous bash known as the Cucumber Party where guests played a game that involved doing some unsavoury things with the green fruit. Lucci was present at the party, as was Reginae Carter — except that the 21-year-old has not actually cracked an invite.

Instead, she snuck into the event to spy on her man… “The Cucumber Party was the last straw for me,” she said following the break-up. “I feel like it’s not respectful for a man who’s in a relationship to be there. It’s certain things that you just don’t do, especially dating me.”

And so, fans raised their brows and hung their heads when it appeared as though Lil Wayne’s eldest may have reconciled with her former boo. The Shade Room picked up that a headscarf in the background of the IG video that the “Wet” rapper posted from his Miami vacay looked suspiciously similar to the headscarf that Reginae Carter was wearing in pics she had posted to the ‘gram around the same time. Many on Insta disapproved of the supposed reunion, but one said, “I cant even be mad at her. We’ve all been there and stayed with someone longer than we should’ve.”

With all the rumours going around, Reg had strong words for those taking an interest in her love life. “First off i wanna apologize to not a single one of you mfs because this my world u just living in it! Go to hell,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “I’ve given up caring about how people perceive me. Being yourself is a revolutionary act in itself, embrace that.”

Whether or not she and Lucci are doing round two, we hope Reginae is living her best life.

The Mountain Goats – Harbor Me Lyrics

Play this song

Clear me a space
On the hallway closet floor
Lie to the cops
When they’re at your door
Throw crumbs
Get the hounds off my tail
Make sure the coast is clear
Before you get my mail

Harbor me when I’m hungry
Harbor me when I’m hunted

Grab some shades
From the gas station rack
Living in fear
Until you come back
Sound of the key
Like an orchestral cue
Into the daylight
Thank God it’s you

Harbor me when I’m shaken
Harbor me when I’m lost

Never see the day before dark
Every fugitive hour leaves its mark
Coded marks on a map
Written in my own hand
Parse it for days
Still can’t understand
Bring me a candle
Bring me a match
Bring me some gasoline
Down the hatch

Harbor me when I’m breathless
Harbor me when I’m choking

Ruel – up to something Lyrics

Play this song

[Chorus]
It’s been way too hard to feel something
You’re numb on my skin
Can you speak a little louder?
You’re up to something (Ooh)
Are you up to something? (Ooh)

[Verse 1]
Let you hold me, you love me
We stayed up all night
When you’re talking
I’m lucky, but it wasn’t right

[Pre-Chorus]
So I call games and you say I’m dramatic
I say names on your phone, you won’t have it
Just a taste of kindness, bite down, so bitter
But dead leaves don’t wither, oh

[Chorus]
It’s been way too hard to feel something
You’re numb on my skin
Can you speak a little louder?
You’re up to something (Ooh)
Are you up to something? (Ooh)

[Verse 2]
Call me crazy, you’re bluffin’
You’re workin’ most nights
If it’s worth it, or nothing
Am I justified?

[Pre-Chorus]
Just a taste of kindness, bite down, so bitter
But dead leaves don’t wither, oh
Just a taste of kindness, bite down, so bitter
Karma comes quicker, oh

[Chorus]
It’s been way too hard to feel something
You’re numb on my skin
Can you speak a little louder?
You’re up to something (Ooh)
Are you up to something? (Ooh)
Oh

Comethazine – Murder Passion Lyrics

Grow up, nigga

Clutch on a heavy XD for whatever happen, but if I start clappin’, they dyin’ (Bitch)
Bitch, we TTG and we ready for all the action

Bounty Killer Shares Upbeat Clip Of Beenie Man Cracking Jokes At BET Cypher Taping

Beenie Man appears to be in good spirit in a new clip shared by Bounty Killer.

Despite suffering a fainting spell during his mom’s funeral a few days ago, Beenie Man still managed to deliver an impeccable performance alongside foe turned friend Bounty Killer, Skip Marley, Koffee, and Shenseea for the recent Reggae Cypher for the BET Awards show. Rumors circulating online was that Beenie was hospitalized following the fainting incident. Those claims were denounced by his daughter and Beenie Man himself in a recent statement released on his Instagram page.

The younger Davis confirmed that the singer was suffering from hunger and fatigue, which led to the episode which was caught on camera. The veteran deejay further expressed that he was surrounded by family and friends after emerging from his spell and asked for continued prayer from his fans during the difficult time.

A more energized Beenie went on to anchor the recent Cypher, which was filmed in a lush garden in Jamaica. A day following the airing of the performance, Bounty Killer decided to share a short but thoughtful “Beside the scenes” moment from the production. Beenie, armed with a plastic cup of what one could presume to be alcohol, shared a hilarious tale about a talking parrot to Bounty and other persons on the scene. The “Romie” singer was all smiles as he relayed just what the parrot did, which is quite a feat for a man who has suffered the loss of his mom and also producer Bunny “Striker” Lee, who acted as a father figure in his life.

“Beside the scenes @bet dancehall/reggae cypher @kingbeenieman x @1unogeneral,” wrote the Warlord before providing additional details about his friend. “Also FYI Beenie Man is holding up very well keep the prayers them going folk.”

Beenie Man and Bounty Killer had been at odds for the better part of the last two decades. However, they squashed their beef some years ago. The love and camaraderie the two men now share were showcased to the world earlier this year when they performed alongside each other for the online Verzuz clash.

Intence Addresses Rumors He Was Gifted A Benz In New Song “Meditation”

Intence is rubbishing claims he was gifted a Mercedes-Benz in a fire new track, “Meditation.”

Intence and Skillibeng have been embroiled in a social media standoff for the last few weeks, and now it seems Intence is taking a break from it all to reflect on his experiences since gaining fame and fortune in the music business. The song titled “Meditation” sees the deejay addressing many of the rumors circulating about him in the industry, in turn, highlighting the negative effects of building relationships with persons who would not have looked his way when he was in poverty.

“See the man wa you rate and call you G, yuh boss, swear pon you youth life and put him pon the cross, a p__sy dem from morning dem corrupt dawg,” he shares before denouncing that he was gifted the white Mercedes Benz which hit back in July of this year.

“People who no know me from noweh seh a man buy me vehicle,” he says before hissing his teeth to show his disgust at the crazy assumption.

He also takes shots at specific persons such as Jamaican selector Badda Bling. “Nuff time me see dem chat a bagga things, all pon soundclash ba__yman Badda Bling, call me name fi hype but that neh bother me,” Intence recounts in his spoken word type delivery.

Using a Jamaican proverb, he also hints at artistes who are complaining about his domination of the industry; suggesting that they should assess their work ethics instead of faulting him.

“Like how every hoe have dem stick a bush a so everyman have dem season, so artiste if you never laidback me wouldn’t de ya so a lead you,” he says. Intence has been previously ridiculed by the likes of Popcaan and Vybz Kartel for dominating the local Youtube trending charts while not securing high profile listenership outside of the island.

A Jus Di Vybz Music production refrains from the use of a chorus on “Meditation,” which leaves a tremendous amount of room for the artiste to get his points across.

Who Is Tobe Nwigwe The Rising Rapper Creating Waves In Hip Hop?

Tobe Nwigwe spent many years as an independent rapper before shooting to the limelight and getting the very deserved props that he now enjoys. Last night, October 27, he sent a powerful message during his performance at the BET Awards, 2020, which helped boost his climbing popularity and sent his name viral.

He was immediately noticeable because of his long shirt that had all the faces of the many black people killed by police officers, including some of the more unfortunately popular names like Breonna Taylor and George Floyd. He sang “Try Jesus” (“Try Jesus, not me / Because I throw hands”) and “Eat,” and his wife, Fat, joined him on stage to make the performance even more memorable.

Let’s take a look at who Tobe Nwige is and what he’s accomplished to date, as many people may not be aware of the phenomenal rapper. He’s from Houston and is known for his inspirational messages. He’s quoted as saying that his goal for his music is to “make purpose popular.”

He has released numerous songs and constantly releases new songs and videos. His wife, Ivory Rogers, also called Fat, is a big part of his team and features in many of his videos and songs. His producer is LaNell Grant, also known as Nell.

Before becoming a successful rapper, he was a star linebacker at his university’s football team, but like many other American football players, he left due to a foot injury. He’s been in the game for at least six years now, and his first mentionable hit was “Been Grinding” in 2014, and he followed that up with “Coulda Woulda Shoulda,” in the same year. Both songs were featured on his EP Pardon My Lateness. In 2017, he released Tobe from the Swat and two Get Twisted Sunday’s mixtapes over the course that year.

Now United – Golden Lyrics

[Verse 1]
My head and your hands pointing at the sky
Whispers break the silence overnight
A sky full of diamonds
Could spend a lifetime naming them all
Steadily rising, perfectly timing, ready to fall

[Chorus]
‘Cause we are the Earth, they are the moon
You are the sunlight in the room
Over the ocean, it’s overflowing
Colors of blue
‘Cause we are the Earth, they are the moon
You are the sunlight in the room
Over thе ocean, it’s overflowing
Colors of blue
But you makе it golden
Yeah, you make it golden
Yeah, you make it golden
Yeah, you make it golden
Yeah, you make it golden

[Verse 2]
Used to hide away from storms and the dark
But now I’m not afraid
‘Cause the lightning strike’s my favorite part
Run for the sirens
That I spend a lifetime switching them off
Put in our fires, but now there is silence
Here at the top

Julie Andrews – Waltz Medley Lyrics

Play this song

[Verse 1]
Do I hear a waltz?
Very odd, but I hear a waltz
Such lovely Blue Danube-y music
How can you be still?

I can’t hear a waltz
Oh, my Lord, there it goes again!
Why is nobody dancing in the street?
Can’t they hear the beat?

Magical, mystical, miracle
Yes it’s true
Don’t you see?
Things are impossibly lyrical
Can’t be you
Must be me

I do hear a waltz
I see you and I hear a waltz
It’s what I’ve been waiting for
All my life, to hear a waltz

*Instrumental*

[Verse 2]
It’s a grand night for singing
The moon is flying high
And somewhere a bird
Who is bound he’ll be heard
Is throwing his heart at the sky
Primis Player Placeholder
It’s a grand night for singing
The stars are bright above
The еarth is a-glow
And to add to the show
I think I am falling in love
Falling, falling in love

Thе earth is a-glow
And to add to the show
I think I am falling in love
Falling, falling in love

[Verse 3]
I’m as corny as Kansas in August
I’m as normal as blueberry pie
No more a smart little girl with no heart
I have found me a wonderful guy

I am in a conventional dither
With a conventional star in my eye
And you will note there’s a lump in my throat
When I speak of that wonderful guy

I’m as trite and as gay as a daisy in May
A cliché comin’ true
I’m bromidic and bright
As a moon-happy night
Pourin’ light on the dew
I’m as corny as Kansas in August
High as a flag on the Fourth of July
If you’ll excuse an expression I use
I’m in love, I’m in love
I’m in love, I’m in love
I’m in love with a wonderful guy

[Verse 4]
I expect everyone of my crowd to make fun
Of my proud protestations of faith in romance
And they’ll say I’m naïve as a babe to believe
Every fable I hear from a person in pants

Fearlessly I’ll face them and argue their doubts away
Loudly I’ll sing about flowers in Spring
Flatly I’ll stand on my little flat feet and say
Love is a grand and a beautiful thing

I’m not ashamed to reveal
This world famous feelin’ I feel

I’m as corny as Kansas in August
High as a flag on the Fourth of July
If you’ll excuse an expression I use
I’m in love, I’m in love
I’m in love, I’m in love
I’m in love, I’m in love with a wonderful guy

[Verse 5]
Out of my dreams and into your arms
I long to fly
I will come as evening comes
To woo a waiting sky
Out of my dreams and into the hush
Of falling shadows
When the mist is low
And stars are breakin’ through
Then out of my dreams I’ll go
Into a dream with you

Then out of my dreams I’ll go
Into a dream with you

[Verse 6]
There’s a bright, golden haze on the meadow
There’s a bright, golden haze on the meadow
The corn is as high as a elephant’s eye
And it looks like it’s climbin’ clear up to the sky

Oh, what a beautiful morning
Oh, what a beautiful day
I’ve got a beautiful feeling
Everything’s goin’ my way

All the sounds of the earth are like music
All the sounds of the earth are like music
The breeze is so busy, it don’t miss a tree
An’ a ol’ weepin’ willer is laughin’ at me

Oh, what a beautiful morning
Oh, what a beautiful day
I’ve got a beautiful feeling
Everything’s goin’ my way
Oh, what a beautiful day

[Verse 7]
One dream in my heart
One love to be living for
One love to be living for
This nearly was mine

One man for my dream
One partner in paradise
This promise of paradise
This nearly was mine

Close to my heart it came
Only to fly away
Only to fly as day flies from moonlight
Now, now I’m alone
Still dreamin’ of paradise
Still saying that paradise
Paradise, paradise

Now, now I’m alone
Still dreamin’ of paradise
Still saying that paradise
Paradise, paradise

Ruel – courage Lyrics

Wet paper on my doorstep, rainin’ all night
It’s okay, I don’t wanna read it anyway
Turn the TV just to hear the voices talkin’, maybe

When I jam the door and leave it open
But I’ve been thinkin’

If I try again, I know I’d run
Droppin’ the words through the back of my tongue
Poisonous is what I’ve become
I’d try again, but I don’t have the courage (Courage)

Facin’ the sun from the rooftop playin’ a sad song

Julie Andrews – I Wish I Were in Love Again Lyrics

Play this song

[Verse 1]
The sleepless nights
The daily fights
The quick toboggan when you reach the heights
I miss the kisses and I miss the bites
I wish I were in love again

The broken dates
The endless waits
The lovely loving and the hateful hates
The conversation with the flying plates
I wish I were in love again

No more pain
No more strain
Now I’m sane
But I would rather be gaga

The pulled-out fur
Of cat and cur
The fine mismating of a him and hеr
I’ve learned my lеsson, but I wish I were
In love again

[Verse 2]
You don’t know that I felt good
When we up and parted
You don’t know I knocked on wood
Gladly broken-hearted
Worrying is through
I sleep all night
Appetite and health restored
You don’t know how much I’m bored
Primis Player Placeholder
The furtive sigh
The blackened eye
The words “I’ll love you till the day I die”
The self-deception that believes the lie
I wish I were in love again

When love congeals
It soon reveals
The faint aroma of performing seals
The double-crossing of a pair of heels
I wish I were in love again

No more care
No despair
I’m all there
Now, and I’d rather be punch-drunk

Believe me, sir
I much prefer
The classic battle of a him and her
I don’t like quiet and I wish I were
In love again

Oh, I wish I were in love
Again

I hit the cul-de-sac on the spiritual path
Retraced my steps back home
But the house burned down before I got there
And I found myself alone

I tried to keep things in perspective
As I hunted down the perpetrator
Loaded up my toolkit with every hateful instrument
Now here we are thirty years later

I’m getting into knives
I’ve been up and down the buffet several different times
I’m adjusting my focus, I’m getting into knives

[Verse 2]
I sought wisdom from the sages
Consulted with master tacticians
Met up with some guys who wouldn’t tell me their last names
They specialized in non-conventional munitions

Stayed on the scent like a bloodhound
Followed the clues where they led
Taste of hot ashes on my tongue all day
I took my rifle with me to bed

Held to my vision all these days
While stray signals kept flooding the switchboard
Came all this way for hunger
May I be worthy of my reward

I stood at the door, and I listened
Rustled through my rucksack as quiet as I could
You can’t give me back what you’ve taken
But you can give me something that’s almost as good

[Chorus]
I’m getting into knives
I am getting into knives
Behold, I stand at the door, and I knock, and then I knock twice
I’ve adjusted my focus, I’m getting into knives

Gyallie on me head bop with my kids in her mouth and they all get swallowed

[Verse 8: Kwengface]
Like Ono
I think that the gang’s on obbo
I just jumped in the cab on the way to the trap and I think I’m being followed
See jakes, I swallow
Tryna out this food out pronto
I like gettin’ things in bulk
Cause the travels less and the price is lo-low

Tori Kelly – Go Tell It on the Mountain Lyrics

Play this song

[Refrain]
Go, tell it on the mountain
Over the hills and everywhere
Go, tell it on the mountain
That Jesus Christ is born!

[Verse 1]
While shepherds kept their watching
O’er silent flocks by night
Behold throughout the heavens
There shone a holy light

[Refrain]
Go, tell it on the mountain
Over the hills and everywhere
Go, tell it on the mountain
That Jesus Christ is born!

[Verse 2]
The shepherds feared and trembled
When lo! Above the Earth
Rang out the angel chorus
That hailed our Savior’s birth

[Refrain]
Go, tell it on the mountain
Over the hills and everywhere
Go, tell it on the mountain
That Jesus Christ is born!

[Verse 3]
Down in a lowly manger
Our humble Christ was born
And God sent us salvation
That blessed Christmas morn

[Refrain]
Go, tell it on the mountain
Over the hills and everywhere
Go, tell it on the mountain
That Jesus Christ is born!

grandson – One Step Closer Lyrics

Play this song

[Verse 1]
I cannot take this anymore
Saying everything I’ve said before
All these words they make no sense
I find bliss in ignorance
Less I hear, the less you say
You’ll find that out anyway

[Pre-Chorus]
Just like before

[Chorus]
Everything you say to me
Takes me one step closer to the edge
And I’m about to break
I need a little room to breathe
‘Cause I’m one step closer to the edge
I’m about to brеak

[Verse 2]
I find the answers aren’t so clеar
Wish I could find a way to disappear
All these thoughts they make no sense
I find bliss in ignorance
Nothing seems to go away
Over and over again

I’m about to break

Takes me one step closer to the edge
And I’m about to break
I need a little room to breathe
‘Cause I’m one step closer to the edge
And I’m about to
Break!

[Bridge]
Shut up when I’m talking to you!
Shut up!
Shut up!
Shut up!
Shut up when I’m talking to you!
Shut up!
Shut up!
Shut up!
Shut up!
I’m about to break!
